General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership with legal capacity who acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

  1. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options The purchase contract is concluded with IT Consulting and Administration.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose during the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  1. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

  1. Delivery Conditions In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the shipping costs when making an offer.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

  1. Payment In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:

Advance payment If you choose the payment method advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card By placing the order, you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as the rightful cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterward. PayPal Plus As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal, and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.

If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you must be registered there to pay the invoice amount or register for the first time and authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Credit card via PayPal If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and upon your legitimation as the rightful cardholder by PayPal at the request of PayPal and your card will be charged. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Direct debit via PayPal If you have chosen the payment method direct debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you of the date of the debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Invoice via PayPal If you have chosen the payment method invoice, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. After successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only make payments to PayPal with discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal, the general terms and conditions and the data protection declaration of PayPal apply in addition to our GTC. Apple Pay To be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Google Pay To be able to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online shop. In order to process the order via Amazon and to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate yourself with your access data. There you can choose the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon, and the payment instruction to us. Afterwards, you will be redirected to our online shop, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by Amazon. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Cash payment upon collection You pay the invoice amount in cash when collecting the goods.

  1. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  2. Transport Damage If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

  3. Warranty and Guarantees Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies. For used goods, the following applies: if the defect occurs after the expiry of one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods. The above limitations and shortened periods do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents • in case of injury to life, body or health • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as malice • in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) • within the framework of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or • if the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

  4. Liability We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents • in case of injury to life, body, or health • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty • in case of guarantees, if agreed, or • if the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

  5. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The competent authority is the Universal Arbitration Board of the Federal Center for Arbitration e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de.
